5. How can I claim my business profile? It's easy! Search for your business on our platform. If it's already listed, click the "Claim this Business" button on the profile page and follow the verification steps. If it's not listed, you can add it for free.
6. Can I delete a negative review? No. To maintain trust and transparency, business owners cannot delete reviews. However, we strongly encourage you to respond publicly to the review to address the customer's concerns and show that you care.
7. What if I believe a review is fake or violates the guidelines? If you believe a review is fake, spam, contains hate speech, or otherwise violates our community guidelines, you can report it. Our moderation team will investigate and take appropriate action.
