It's easy! Search for your business on our platform. If it's already listed, click the "Claim this Business" button on the profile page and follow the verification steps. If it's not listed, you can add it for free through our business portal.

No. To maintain trust and transparency, business owners cannot delete reviews. However, they can (and are encouraged to) respond publicly to reviews to address concerns. If you believe a review violates our community guidelines (e.g., it's fake, spam, or contains hate speech), you can report it to our moderation team for investigation.
